We have a program that aims to help you cut costs and build new partnerships within the city. Grow Peoria was launched to help businesses identify new or expansion office needs and match them with under-utilized space. The program provides the opportunity to request personalized, one-on-one assistance in matching like-zoned businesses with their space needs.

In addition to cost savings to participating businesses in the Grow Peoria program, the maximization of space strengthens the business community through collaborative opportunities, shared amenities, equipment and technology, increased sales and expanded workforce. The alliances also allow commercial space opportunities to meet the growing demands of those seeking to start or grow their business in Peoria.

When reporting under-utilized space, determine whether your lease will allow for a sublease and the related subleasing rates and include the zoning and square footage of the property.
