Novel Ice Cream Opening New Location in Peoria
Iconic Phoenix-based scoop shop Novel Ice Cream is opening its third Valley location near downtown Peoria in mid-2024. The shop is best known for the Dough Melt, which comprises ice cream and toppings stuffed into a glazed donut bun.
