Debbie
Pearson, CAP, is the Economic
Development Executive Assistant and
manages the Small Business Program. She
has been with the City since 2002.
Before working for the City of Peoria,
Ms. Pearson spent eleven years in both
the private and public sectors in
Illinois. Her career highlights include
organizing and hosting events,
coordinating and presenting at seminars,
and creating and leading the Small
Business Resource Center for the City of
Peoria. Ms. Pearson has an AAS in Public
Administration with Distinction from Rio
Salado College and is currently pursuing
a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science
with Western International University.
